This is a remodel of one of my older homes.
It is a 40x40 lot. There is no CC.
It has 4 Bedrooms, 1 bath and a full 2 crib nursery. It is an open floorplan for easy living.
This is a Library File, just unzip and place in your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Library
