I love this town so far Rich. Not missing one thing. Although, I am wondering weather it has unicorns or not. :hi:/>

It has all of the animals including the unicorn unless you have a mod that keeps them out.

Rumor has it that you have to have a lot marked as a fishing spot and the unicorn will spawn there. So you might want to keep an eye on that lot.
