Hofmann Unfinished Homes are exactly that, unfinished. We build them and you decorate or expand them to your liking.

Most of our homes are starter homes with the middle class Sim or Sim family in mind. They are deliberately unpretentious by design.
Well that ain't the case this time around folks! :D/> This one is going to cost you Big Time Simoleans. Yep 780,222 furnished (and it's not really funished); 776,316 unfurnished :Passout:/> . If there was ever a time to use the "freeRealEstate" cheat, it's with this one for sure :heat:/> .
This castle is definitely unfinished, it contains no custom content and the Base Game leaves very little to work with.
Our S3 Model 5a is intended for those people who wish to play with the castle in the 'Medieval' or 'Middle Ages' time period. It will require the least amount of editing to the structures in order to retain the appearance of that era. This model could also work well for vampire Simmers who wish to play an earlier time period (before industrialization, mechanization, and internal combustion).
The "a" in Model 5a indictates that there will be another version and that will be a modernized version for modern day Simmers. I should have it done sometime next week. I had to think 'Medieval' first and modernization would have to come later. That is probably a lot easier than working the other way around ;)/> .
This build was definitely one "bear" :giggle:/> of a project. I tore stuff down and rebuilt so many times, only to discover that I had to start all over again due to the game's building height limitation :Kicking Dirt:/> . I almost gave up on it but I'm not really one to let a machine or software program beat me so with that in mind I present this castle to you all :eyebrow:/> .

Here's how I envisioned the 'Medieval' time period's use of the castle spaces.

Again, no custom content was used in the construction of this structure. It was constructed with only Base Game materials. Please feel free to change anything you want.
Please Note: you may have to use the "setImportedTerrainOffset" cheat in order to place this home properly.
I do hope that you enjoy this home. I would also be interested in seeing what you have done with the castle, so please feel free to come back to this post and show me some pictures.
