My youngest daughters middle name is Ann (after my middle name DeAnn and her paternal grandmothers middle name was Ann) and she decided a couple of years ago that there were too many Haley's in the world and that she is now Annie. She follows suit with my own mother who refused to answer to Lola after this song called "What Lola wants Lola gets" when she was in elementary I think and she has gone by Irene ever since.

Anyhoo, lovely self sim. I'm not talented enough with CAS to even try to do one. And I'd want to have one that looks like I did when I was younger. Not this overweight starting to get wrinkled thing that I am now.

I've always loved that name simply because my grandmother talked so fondly of her. I have the only exisiting picture of her which would have been taken around 1907 when grandma said she'd have been around 2/12 or 3. It is actually a very large one in a frame of that era too. I found it in my grandma's attic years later and remembered her showing it to me several times so my mother gave it to me. She was a beautiful little girl with little blonde curls and blue eyes. It was an old time colorized picture. She looked so innocent with her little head tilted down looking a bit shy and her hand up to her mouth. I've worked on my family anscetry for years and would love to find out what exactly happened to Annie since grandma said she died as a young girl like preteen but didn't give much detail. Then one time my mother said she was told Annie ran away. What was weird was I found her in a census with her father at age 15. I'd like to be able to find her so my mother would know before she passes from this earth. :Smile:/>

Thanks for the compliment Mrs C my niece made the sim and I tweaked her a couple of times since. It has my similar facial features but after I tweaked her so she would breed better she doesn't look like me quite so much, she's much better looking. :kneeslapper:/>
